I had a fall at the beginning of 2008 and injured a muscle which is behind my lungs. I was in in extreme agony when trying to get up out of a low chair or out of my car and went to chiropractors for relief, but this didn’t appear to help much at all. I was first introduced to the Body Workshop some 5 years plus. Over the past number of months, I have been suffering from an acute pain from my lower back on my left side, the pain moving down my left leg.
